Fitness
Rooms 9, 3 and 8 usually have fitness everyday of the school week hosted either by Mr Walker, Mr Crowe, Mr Tafea or probably all three at once. We start off with 4-5 laps then move on to Shuttle Relay which is the most tiring ESPECIALLY when you just finished 5 laps around our court which HUGE. My favorite part of the everyday morning fitness is the game we have after the shuttles and laps. We usually play Shot (it’s kind of like dodgeball but better by miles) with room 8 but sometimes we’d play bull rush or other games. I think fitness is the only thing that encourages me to come to school because I absolutely love sports and stuff even though I’m extremely bad at most sports. Back to Shot, Room 9 is way better than room 8 in many different ways like running, skills and jumping (this is all mostly a lie).
